Support Rates

Our standard charges effective from 1st Feb 2024. If you’re on an SLA or Maintenance Plan, these rates only apply outside of your contract’s coverage hours. If you’re a frequent user of our support services, you can achieve savings with an SLA or maintenance Plan – contact us on  support@campbell.co.nz or 04-802-7800 to discuss.

Urgent Response Fee $350 (per visit) $500 (per visit)

* Business hours 8:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please note  new calls received after 4:00pm will be addressed next business day.

Mileage charges are for vehicle usage - to and from the job.

Onsite time is charged from leaving the workshop through to return to workshop (or to next job if applicable.

† Minimum Charge is in ½ hour increments
